About me
Since my childhood, I have been fascinated by the art of cooking. Born on August 19, 2004, and raised in Schwalmtal, I discovered my love for food and the creation of dishes at an early age. This passion led me to pursue training as a chef, which I completed with great dedication and success from September 1, 2021, to June 27, 2024, at Henkel AG & Co. KGaA in Düsseldorf. I passed the final exam with flying colors before the Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
During my training, I had the opportunity to work in various renowned kitchens and gain valuable experience. In addition to classroom instruction, workshops and supplementary training measures complemented the education. I learned to master both traditional and modern cooking techniques and to creatively develop my own recipes. I am particularly excited by the diversity and flavors of international cuisine, which I enjoy combining with regional ingredients.
In each department, I quickly acquired strong expertise and successfully participated in in-house training programs. My good grasp of concepts allowed me to quickly and accurately understand even very complex training material. I consistently demonstrated exemplary initiative and fully identified with my tasks and the company, also impressing with my immense dedication. Even in high-pressure situations, I proved to be resilient and found effective solutions to any problems that arose.
I am currently on a Work and Travel trip in Australia. This exciting journey allows me to further refine my culinary skills and gather new influences and inspirations from Australian cuisine and culture. I look forward to sharing these experiences with you and taking you along on my culinary journey.
